Returns & Refund Policy

At NextRound Pro Shop, we want every golfer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you have an issue with your order, our team will work with you to find a solution.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • The return must be approved by our customer support team before the item is sent back.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

NextRound Pro Shop does not offer free return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

We will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun.
